Souk to Souk... cycling from Plymouth to Morocco
What a happy day, began by lighting the fire and watching the rain fall, leaving are little lodge behind! After breakfast with some lovely Spanish people and smiling at the fact that whole glass doors can shatter and collapse and all the owners do is have a chuckle and in there best English say 'how pretty', we ventured back up into the clouds. After a climb back onto the road, we experienced some of the best descent yet going from over 1000m to 300m, we were in awe, each corner brought a new sight, we couldn't help but express are elation through some well practiced biking dance moves! Eventually emerging from the clouds we found ourselves in Los Angeles for lunch, then covering a fair distance, at great speed and enjoying this last section of riding the sun came out, waterproofs off and then we saw it... the SEA! With lots of mixed emotions we continued nearing Gibralter, with the big rock in sight we were overwhelmed with excitement cheering and wooping at ever passer by, we couldn't contain our extreme happiness we were exploding! Having queued to cross the boarder, questioning whether or not we had to cycle on the other side of the road again, we got our passports stamped and then a great sight, familiar faces, Jonas and Angela greeting us with big smiles and waves! To finish the day we were so grateful for a lovely meal, celebration drink, lots of great conversation, sharing stories and just feeling normal again! Jj got to meet Casper very happy bear getting to sit and watch the football! Now for real beds and duvets, oh the luxury! A clean towel defiantly topped the day, along with the view of Morocco from the bedroom window.. oh and some monkeys! Africa here we come! Xxx

Wow! You're actually going to make it (not that I ever doubted you - I just thought that you were a little bit nutty. I still think that you're nutty and will from now on refer to Elle as "Nutelle") so WELL DONE!
